Splitting up your three meals into four or five smaller meals with a few snacks throughout the day will leave you never feeling hungry. Be sure to never skip breakfast! It’s okay to indulge in some of your favorite snacks every once in a while, as long as it’s in moderation.

5. Chew Slowly: Shoving your dinner down your throat until you can’t eat anymore leads to discomfort and overeating. Chew slowly and enjoy your food. It takes a few minutes for your brain to convey to your body that it’s had enough.
